Security Deposit
You will need to provide credit card details to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to) any breakages, damage or losses incurred during your stay and cleaning charges in excess of the normal level of cleaning. Smoking inside will be regarded as damage and will incur a $250 penalty. On arrival please read our house rules.
