Guests making direct bookings will receive 10% off our standard rates.

Please note our prepayment and cancellation policies for direct bookings:

- Full payment is required on confirmation of booking
- Payment method is by direct deposit
- For cancellations received 7 days or more prior to arrival date, payments will be refunded less the cost of 1 night
- For cancellations received within 7 days of arrival, payments will not be refunded unless a replacement booking is received
